We Offer 3-4 Business Day Shipping on in-stock orders!  For Pre-Orders, please allow two weeks for processing. 

Holidays and weekends are not considered business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to carrier delays, i.e., inclement weather, natural disasters, or holidays. If there are any shipping delays or any problems with your item(s) once shipped, please contact your chosen carrier.

We will always keep you updated in the event of any delays along the way.

We do not accept returns unless there is some extenuating circumstance that is our fault, for example, if you purchased 18 inches and we sent 14 inches.

Any issues with your order must be reported within 72 hours of receipt per the carrier website. Once notified, we will determine if your order is eligible for a return.

Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Returns must be sent in unaltered, and in their original packaging, to qualify for a Refund.

In all other instances we will do everything we can to rectify any issues you have. We will do everything in our power to accommodate any reasonable requests.
